Discount Champ's Firm Exchange and Store Credit Policy for Damaged Items

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for items damaged during shipping, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate an exchange request. Discount Champ wants to ensure you get a working product or an equivalent item. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items; all resolutions are in the form of an exchange item or store credit.

Eligibility and Procedure for Damaged Items

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have been damaged during shipping. Items that are simply "unwanted" or "changed mind" are not eligible under this policy.

Crucial Requirement for Approval: All exchange requests for damaged items must be accompanied by the following documentation:

A photo of the damaged item.
A short video of the damaged item.
Your receipt or proof of purchase.
Your order address.

Without these four items, your exchange request cannot be processed or approved.

Your Only Two Options for Approved Damaged Exchanges

For any item approved as damaged during shipping, there are only two options available to you—Discount Champ does not offer cash refunds for damage-related claims.

Exchange and Store Credit with Discount: You can exchange the damaged item for a new, identical product. Additionally, we will issue you a store credit to buy another product from our store, and you will receive a 20% discount on any additional product you purchase in that next transaction.
Product Replacement: You may choose any single item from our current stock that is worth the same price as the original, returned damaged product.

Cash Back Guarantee for Non-Delivery (Supplier Fault Only)

The only scenario in which Discount Champ will issue a cash back refund to your original payment method is if your product was never delivered and the non-delivery is confirmed to be the supplier's fault.

This guarantee is only valid if the delivery date exceeds the estimated delivery arrival date by 20 business days.

Investigation Procedure:

Upon receipt of your non-delivery complaint, Discount Champ will immediately launch an internal investigation.
Within 3 days of receiving your complaint, we will confirm whether the supplier was at fault for the non-delivery.
If the supplier is confirmed to be at fault, you will be contacted and required to provide your bank information or preferred payment method to receive the money returned by Discount Champ.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective or damaged.

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged even if damaged, including: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
